By accessing or using 76designsolutions.com (the “Site”) or engaging 76 Design Solutions (“we,” “us,” “our”) for any service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and to comply with all applicable laws. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services. These terms apply together with any written agreement, proposal, or statement of work specific to a project you hire us for; where a project agreement and these terms conflict, the project agreement controls for that project.

We grant you a temporary, personal, non-exclusive license to view and use the materials on this Site for your own non-commercial, transitory use. While using the Site you may not:

• Modify, copy, or redistribute our materials for any commercial purpose or public display;
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract any software or code contained in the Site;
• Remove any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices from the materials;
• Transfer the materials to another person or “mirror” them on any other server;
• Use the Site in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it, or interfere with others' use.

Violation of any of these may result in termination of your access. Any downloaded materials should be destroyed upon termination.

The Site and its content — text, graphics, logos, design, and code — are owned by 76 Design Solutions and protected by United States copyright and trademark law. Work we create for a client under a paid project is addressed in that project's agreement; absent a written transfer, 76 Design Solutions retains ownership of its pre-existing tools, templates, and processes.

We provide web design, development, SEO, branding, logo, print, and related marketing services. The specifics of any engagement are set in the proposal or statement of work we agree on with you. The following applies to our ongoing, subscription-style services:

Project work (a website build, a branding package, a print order) is billed per the agreed proposal, typically with a down payment to begin and milestones along the way.

We aim to be fair and specific about refunds. The rules below apply unless a project agreement says otherwise in writing.

We are good at what we do and we work hard for every client. That said, we will not overstate it: search engine optimization (SEO) is not a 100% guarantee, and brand success is not guaranteed either. Search rankings depend on factors outside any single provider's control — search-engine algorithms, your industry, your competitors, and the broader market.

In our experience, success is usually enjoyed by business owners who are serious about their work and put in the effort to run their business well. We bring the craft and the strategy; you bring the business. Neither half works without the other.

Running a business is not for the half-hearted, and there is no guarantee of success in it — ours or anyone else's. We commit to doing honest, high-quality work and telling you the truth about what we see. We will not promise an outcome no honest provider could guarantee.

76 Design Solutions is a faith-based organization. We operate with integrity, honesty, and care for the people we serve. We do not adopt a posture of worldly conformity — there should never be an expectation that we will compromise our convictions or conform to passing cultural expectations. Our clients need not share our faith; they can expect only our honest, professional, respectful service. This is simply who we are, and it shapes how we work.

The Site and its materials are provided as is and as available. We make no warranties, express or implied, and do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that any result obtained from our services will be accurate, reliable, or achieve a particular ranking or business outcome. To the fullest extent permitted by law, all warranties are disclaimed.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 76 Design Solutions and its suppliers shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Site or our services — including direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations; in those cases, they apply to the extent allowed by law.

The Site may link to third-party websites we do not control. We have not reviewed all such sites and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or accuracy. A link does not imply endorsement. Use of third-party sites is at your own risk.

Materials on the Site may include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. We do not promise the materials are accurate, complete, or current, and may change them at any time without notice. We may also revise these Terms of Service at any time; your continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the current version. We will update the “last updated” date above when we do.

Any claim related to this Site or our services shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. You agree that any dispute will be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction located in Citrus County, Florida, to the extent permitted by law.
