Privacy Policy

We keep this short, specific, and honest. This policy describes exactly what information you share with us through this website, why we use it, who helps us handle it, and the choices you have.

Last updated: July 23, 2026

1Who we are

76 Design Solutions (“we,” “us,” “our”) is a web design and marketing studio based at 3277 S Suncoast Blvd, Homosassa Springs, FL 34448, serving Citrus County, Florida and the surrounding region. This policy applies to the information you provide through 76designsolutions.com and to the limited information collected automatically when you visit.

We are a small, local business. We do not operate an advertising network, we do not build profiles on visitors to sell, and we do not share your personal information for anyone else's marketing. The only reason we collect your information is to respond to you and do the work you asked us about.

2Information we collect

What you give us directly. When you use our contact form, you may share:

  • Your name and email address (required to send a reply).
  • Your phone number (optional — only if you'd like us to call or text).
  • Your business name and the service you're interested in (optional, to route your message well).
  • Your message — whatever you tell us about your business and goals.

Collected automatically when you submit the form.

  • A Cloudflare Turnstile bot-detection token, which may include a hashed fingerprint of your browser and your IP address. We use this only to confirm a real person (not a bot) submitted the form.
  • Your IP address, passed to Cloudflare for that bot check. We do not store your IP address separately for our own tracking.

We use a hidden “honeypot” field on the form that real visitors never see; if it gets filled in (by a bot), the message is discarded. We do not collect passwords, payment card details, or government IDs through this website. Payment for any work is arranged with you directly through our billing tools, not through this site.

3How we use your information

We use the information you share for these specific purposes:

  • To reply to your inquiry and answer your questions.
  • To prepare a quote or proposal for the work you described.
  • To deliver and support the services you hire us for, if we begin a project together.
  • To protect the form from automated spam and abuse.
  • To keep our own business records of past inquiries and projects, as any small business would.

We do not use your information to send you marketing email unless you have specifically asked us to, and we do not use it to profile you or make automated decisions about you.

4Cookies and local storage

Our website itself does not set tracking or advertising cookies. We do not run Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any third-party advertising or analytics tags on this site. Here is what can be set in your browser when you visit:

  • Cloudflare functional cookies — set by Cloudflare, our site's edge/security provider, to support the Turnstile bot check and keep the site fast and protected. These are security and performance cookies, not advertising.
  • A local session flag — if you are on a desktop browser, we may show a one-time “free snapshot” offer as you leave; a flag is stored in your browser's sessionStorage so it does not repeat. It holds no personal information and clears when you close your browser.

You can clear or block cookies at any time through your browser settings. The site continues to work without them; only the bot check and the one-time offer rely on them.

5How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for anyone else's promotional purposes. We share it only with the service providers that make it possible to run our site and respond to you:

  • Brevo — delivers the email our contact form generates to our team. Your message travels through Brevo's servers to reach us. Brevo processes this data as our processor under its own privacy practices.
  • Cloudflare — provides our site's security, performance, and bot detection. Cloudflare may process limited technical data (IP address, browser fingerprint hash) to protect the form.

We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights, our clients, or the public — for example, in response to a valid legal request. Outside of those narrow cases, your information stays with our team.

6How long we keep your information

We keep inquiry and project records for as long as is reasonable to serve you, maintain our business records, and respond to any follow-up — typically for the life of the relationship and a reasonable period after. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it. You can ask us to delete your information sooner (see below); we will honor that unless we are required to keep a record for legal, tax, or security reasons.

7Your rights and choices

You can ask us at any time to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you.
  • Correct information that is inaccurate or out of date.
  • Delete your information, subject to the record-keeping exceptions above.
  • Opt out of any further contact from us.

To exercise any of these, email us at contact@76designsolutions.com or call (•••) •••-••••. We respond to legitimate requests, and we will not make it difficult.

8Security

We take reasonable, good-faith measures to protect your information — using reputable providers, limiting access to our team, and protecting the form against automated abuse. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we treat your information with the same care we would want for our own.

9Children's privacy

Our services are intended for business owners and adults seeking professional help with their websites. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has shared information with us, contact us and we will delete it.

Our site may link to other websites we do not control — for example, our social media profiles or a client's live project. This policy does not cover those sites; their privacy practices are their own. We encourage you to read them.

11Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our practices evolve. When we do, we will revise the “last updated” date above. Material changes will be posted on this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.

12Contact us
